(8-ounce) packages cream cheese |
2
cans (2 1/4-ounce) diced black olives, drained |
| 2
packages Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Party Dip |
1
(4-ounce) can diced green chilies drained, pat dried with
paper towels |

3/4 cups diced red bell pepper |

1. Blend 4
cream cheese packages (8-ounce each) and 2 packages of Hidden
Valley Ranch Original Ranch Party Dip.
2. Stir in
1 3/4 cups diced red bell peppers. Drain and dry 2 cans (2 1/4-ounce
dry wt. each) diced black olives and 1 can (4-ounce) diced green
chilies. Add to mixture. Chill one hour.
3. Using a
spatula, form a football shape on a platter. Chill 4 hours or
overnight. Decorate football using vegetable slices and cheese
strips. Serve with assorted breads, crackers and vegetables.
*Variation:
delete olives, bell pepper and chilies. Roll in a jar of McCormick
Seasoned Pepper. Decorate football.
