Mississippi Mud Cake | Football Party Dip

Mississippi Mud Cake

2 sticks margarine or butter 1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar 4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup chopped pecans
Dash salt 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Melt margarine and cocoa together

2. Add all other ingredients and pour into 13x9x2-inch greased pan.

3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Icing

1 box powdered sugar 1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 stick margarine or butter, soft Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla 1 bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 to 1 cup milk, depending on consistency  

1. As soon as cake comes from oven, cover top with marshmallows.

2. Mix margarine and cocoa. Add all other ingredients and mix until very smooth. Pour icing over marshmallowed cake while still very warm.
