cup chopped green onion |

pound mushrooms or 3 (4-ounce) cans, stems and pieces |

onion, chopped |

pound shrimp (peeled and deveined) |

cup parsley |
1/2
cup seasoned bread crumbs |
| 3
cloves garlic |
1/2
cup port wine (Gallo Rhine White Wine) |

1/2 sticks butter |

1. Sauté
onions, parsley, and garlic in butter.
2. Add mushrooms
and sauté 10 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add shrimp;
sauté 10 minutes or until pink.
4. Add bread
crumbs and mix thoroughly.
5. Add wine,
simmer until heated thoroughly. Serve in a Chafing dish with garlic
rounds.
